Hi, I’m Shelley.
I’m the People & Practice Lead at HR Gurus, and I’ve been part of the business for six years.
I started as an HR Guru, working directly with clients, and over time worked my way up to become our most senior employee, leading and supporting our team of consultants.
I am the person the team turns to when something is tricky, urgent or needs a second brain.
Before HR Gurus, I built my career across HR, recruitment, operations and people leadership, working in both Australia and the UK.
That mix of experience means I’m very practical. I like solving problems, improving the way things work and helping people get from “this is messy” to “okay, we know what to do next.”
I’ve spent more than 18 years working across HR and recruitment, and I particularly love the operational side of people management getting the right people in, helping leaders manage well and making sure the people stuff actually supports the business.
