I’m a Senior HR professional with 15+ years’ experience across HR leadership, learning and development, and strategic consulting.
I’ve worked across complex, fast-moving environments where the people challenges aren’t always neat or straightforward. That’s where I’m most useful.
I’m calm, practical and very good at joining the dots between what the business is trying to achieve and what people actually need to do differently to get there.
Over the years, I’ve worked across culture, capability, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance and the full employee lifecycle — helping leaders bring more clarity, structure and direction to their people decisions.
I’m also a big believer that good HR doesn’t need to be overcomplicated.
