Hi, I’m Kirsty.
I’ve been part of HR Gurus for more than 14 years, looking after the finance side of the business and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
My background is in finance, accounting and bookkeeping, and I’m also a registered BAS Agent and business owner in my own right.
I’m a self-confessed numbers person. I often get called in to assist clients with tricky payroll questions, BOOT tests and crunching the numbers.
Give me a spreadsheet over small talk any day.
I love getting under the hood of a business, making sense of the numbers and turning data into something useful clear reporting, practical insights and the kind of information that helps people make smarter decisions.
I’m also known for being pretty direct.
No fluff. No dancing around the numbers. If something doesn’t add up, I’ll tell you.
That straight-shooting approach is probably why people come to me when they want a clear answer, not a vague one.
One of the things I’m proudest of is building my own bookkeeping business from the ground up over the past 14 years. It’s given me a very real understanding of what it takes to run a business, manage the detail and keep the numbers working.
